On our way to dinner, we will walk through the ancient walled section of Termoli which is guarded by a castle built above the beach in 1247 by Frederick II. I went to this rib festival in Indianapolis and had my first deep fried processed dessert-the fried twinkie. It was the size of my hand, I guess they puff when you fry them. The cream filling tasted faintly of marshmallow, it was damn good but hard to eat all of it!

Deep Fried Tater Tots not calorie laden enough? Wrap them in bacon! Everything is better with bacon!

I recently read an article in a magazine about a restaurant in Iowa that serves bacon wrapped tater tots. Well being the good Idaho girl I am, I love me some tater tots just as much as Napoleon Dynamite himself. So obviously I had to make some for myself.

Apparently Wendy's will put as many patties as you want on your burger. Me and my (not-fat) friend kept daring each other to get bigger and bigger burgers, we stopped at this 6 patty monstrosity. Probably could've gotten to 8 if he didn't rip off all the vegetables and pour a couple of salt packages on it every friggin time.
