Benny Tudino's Pizzeria in Hoboken, NJ, claims to have "The Largest Slice". An interesting play on words there, not claiming to be "The World's Largest Slice", but it's still pretty damn huge. Haven't found anyone that's eaten a whole pizza by themselves, but I think it's doable! As a matter of fact, I challenge any of our readers to finish one of these whole! Here's some pics of the restaurant and their Giant Slice!

The Microsoft Taco Challenge 2006
Contributed by: Billy
Most eating challenges start off as a result of someone boasting about their ability to consume massive quantities of food. This one was no exception. When "Spivey" claimed he could eat 8 tacos, his colleagues took him up on the challenge. Little did he know, 24.1 tacos later, there would be a winner, and of course, a loser!

Taco Challenge 2006
Like most absurdities around the office, this one started with Spivey claiming he could eat eight tacos from Taco Bell. This time, we took him up on his offer.
To sweeten the deal for spectators, and to ensure Spivey's participation, Heather made it into a challenge. She would go 1-for-1 with him on Tacos.

Thanks to Dave from the Baltimore Sun for sending this one in! It's a place in Baltimore, MD, that serves 18" Pizza slices. They look mighty tasty too! Both he and a friend took some photos especially for us!
Long time fan of your site, this is my first submission. My co-workers and I at The Baltimore Sun enjoy frequenting Angelo's Pizza in the Hampden area of B'more. They sell the enormous slices of pizza. We took some shots there last time, thought you might post them. They serve the slices on a paper plate with foil over the top. I also provided you with a detail shot where I marked off the edge of the standard size paper plate you can see through the foil. Oh yeah, they have a great logo too, with a humanized slice of pizza so I sent that along too!

Skinnyboy and the Two Pounders, Cheeburger Cheeburger, Lone Tree, CO
Contributed by: Billy
Googlemaps Location: Lone Tree, CO, USA
Cheeburger Cheeburger has a challenge, eat a Cheeburger Cheeburger "Pounder", and get your name up on their wall of fame. Sure, there were plenty of names on the wall, but no one had eaten two pounders in one sitting before! This was about to change once Andrew "Skinnyboy" Lane showed up!
From: http://dogsarefunyes.blogspot.com/2006/11/good-good-time.html
With thoughts of the UEPa meeting taking place this same day, we head to Cheeburger Cheeburger for dinner. This place has the biggest burger in the area that I know of*. The patty is 20 ounces (pre-cooked weight). I did not bring the scale so I don't know with certainty what the finished product weighs - meat, bun, toppings - but their menu calls it the Pounder so we'll go with that. One pound.

My friend Scott is not on flickr but had showed me these photos he had taken of two Burger King Stackers that he brought home and formed what he called, "The Ocho" which made me feel a wee bit peckish when I saw the picture.

A new challenge in Santa Clara, CA! This one is the "Belly Buster Challenge". One person has one hour to consume a 20" pizza. It's a hefty looking pizza too! On Saturday, December 2nd at 7:00 PM three friends, Adam, Bear and Cooper decided to give it a shot. They even did up a video of the entire event, showing the pizza being made, and the challenge itself!

The Pizza and Pipes Belly Buster challenge was a success. A few men set out to make history, two became boys while one became a legend. What exactly is the Belly Buster challenge you ask. Simple, it’s a 20” pizza that must be consumed in one hour or less by one individual. To date many have tried but none have been victorious. The Hall of Shame is filled with Polaroids of individuals who’ve attempted to conquer the Belly Buster while the Hall of Fame lay bare.

Mega Munch, The McNugget McMaster

26 nuggets not enough? How about 50? Still not enough? How about 80 in less than 30 minutes? Inspired by our earlier stories on the Chicken Nugget Challenges, Dave "Megamunch" Schoffner decided it was time to obliterate the current record and down 80 nuggets in one sitting. Not only that, he did it in less than 30 minutes! Considering this effort was 370% of the recommended daily intake of sodium, it's no surprise he woke up at 4:30am with an unquenchable thirst!
From: http://megamunch.blogspot.com/2006/11/why-do-i-do-this-to-myself-seriously.html
A few days ago, SuperSizedMeals.com posted something about a man who failed to reach his goal of eating 27.5 Wendy's nuggets in one sitting (he would eat 26 before calling it quits). It was all the inspiration I needed. At 5:35 pm this evening, I walked into the McDonalds on Front Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and ordered 80 chicken McNuggets. My heart and stomach swelled with pride when the cashier screamed to the crew in the back, "Y'all better drop some more nuggets! Like a lot!"

Thanks to one of our anonymous readers for this one! The premise was simple - eat 120 of Wingnuts Hottest wings in under an hr and you'd walk away with free wings and cash.
Hilarity ensued.
From: http://www.wingschallenge.com/?p=3
September 21st, 2006 - It all started with a vision and a single post on NSMB.com’s forums. The rules were simple. Eat 120 of Wingnuts’ hottest wings in under an hour with no drinks and you’d walk away with the cost of the wings ($59.99+tax), $50 and bragging rights for the foreseeable future…
