The 1600m loaf of Bread for Kings Day

On January 6, 2008, in the central Zocalo square in Mexico City, 2300 bakers created a mammoth 1600m, 10,000kg Bread Roll to celebrate "Kings Day". Every year this event attracts some 200,000 people, and the bread itself consists of 6600kg of flour, 3000kg of butter and 1500 litres of milk. I wonder how much coffee they sell to go with the cake?
