Correct. The burger is officially back on the menu.

The new owners took the burger off soon after they bought the restaurant. Apparently one diner was pretty sick after trying the burger and they weren't expecting it. They got a bit spooked and pulled the burger in fear of litigation.

The burger was off the menu well into the new year. After many MANY people asked for the burger and were turned away, they saw the error in their ways and brought the burger back.

They've since had world wide coverage and no doubt made a lot of sales purely as a result of this burger!
