The Cardiff Panthers have a new 1kg steak challenge, "The Tomahawk Steak Challenge" starting March 1. They need at least a day to order them in, and they look massive! Finish the steak and make the "wall of fame", get a certificate and get a free t-shirt. Mmmm... rib on the bone....

The new 1kg Tomahawk Steak Challenge commences on Thursday 1 March. Bookings for the Tomahawk Steak Challenge are required at least 24 hours in advance by phoning 4979 1900 or BOOK ONLINE. Members $55, non-members $60
The Tomahawk Steak is actually a Rib Eye & is so called for the full length of the rib bone left on the cut. It was launched in Australia in 2009 & is one of the largest beef steaks in the country. It was chef Greg Farnan from the old brewery in Perth that named and launched the original Tomahawk Steak
