Giant Norway Biscuit Tower
Contributed by:

Not sure what this tower symbolises or represents, but it sure does make a nice looking vase!

True christmas and national day staple in Norway and Denmark. Made from almonds and delish! GREAT with ice cream. It's actually biscuit rings, so the tower is hollow.

also a traditional norweigan wedding cake, its tradition that the bride and groom break some off from the top and how many biscuit rings they break off is how many children they will have.
And it is delicious!!

I had one of these at my wedding, it is like someone else said, hollow and made from almond/marzipan. It is a traditional Danish wedding cake (flags in the pic are Danish). Called Kransekake.
