Behold, the birthplace for one of the tastiest hams in the world, the Parma Ham. Otherwise known as Prosciutto (or vice versa depending where you live), it's an aged, dry-cured, spiced Italian ham that is usually sliced thin and served raw. (Wikipedia) This is what all the cathedrals in Rome should look like!
