I haven't seen a Quad-Stack Big Mac before, but this looks legit. And apparently the ad translates to "Are you cow enough?". Someone else suggests it translates to “The all-new Supreme Master?”. Hahahah... If BK does the Quad Stacker, why haven't I seen one of these coming out of English-speaking McDonalds before?

Is that just a double Big Mac? They used to have those, you can still get those, just got to request it. It's like a dollar more or something.

It was legit, but only as a temporary promotion during the summer - might have tied into the World Cup, can't remember exactly.

this was a couple years ago, cos i had one of these when i was 14, im 19 now, but its was in malaysia
