One of our members, ExtraMSG, has opened a weekend deli with a chef friend in Portland, OR. What would you expect from a Supersized Member? A Supersized Menu Item of course! They've got a pastrami sandwich called "The Last Supper", a 1lb pastrami sandwich... Looks fantastic!!! (although I think a 2lb'er would be better!)

A chef and I recently started doing a one day deli out of his restaurant for Saturday brunch, trying to see if a full-time deli might be successful here in Portland, OR.
Our sandwiches include a reuben with a half pound of pastrami, swiss, and sauerkraut on grilled rye. There's also the Ken's Special with a half pound of pastrami, chopped liver, cole slaw, and Russian dressing on rye. We even give out a bib.
