In April 2005, some friends and I inspired by Denny's Beer Barrell Pub tried to replicate their 96er. I attempted to eat the thing but failed as you can see.

I put 3 tomatoes, 2 onions, a cup of banana peppers,2 big onions, half head pf lettuce, more than 12 slices of cheese, ketchup, Spiracha Hot Chili Sauce, President's Choice Extra Spicy BBQ Sauce (this sauce is amazing), and because I don't like mayo, I added 10 strips of bacon. And I had pickles on the side. My burger patty was 3.053 kilograms or 6.72 pounds, burger weighed around 12 pounds.

I prepared a smaller version for my friends weighing in around 2 pounds of meat which they cut in half.

I made the buns myself, mine kind of wasn't as good as I put it in a pie pan so it didnt have as much room to grow and kind of got crumbly. But their buns turned out awesome and were great tasting. I seasoned the beef with garlic power and chili powder for a nice spicy touch.

2 days later I made another 2lb of meat burger.
