If you're going to have a $1000 Sundae, why not start the meal with a $99 Burger? Using a mix of some of the finest ingredients available, you won't find this burger in a happy meal...

Quality check: Ground sirloin, boned short ribs braised in red wine, foie gras and preserved black truffle on a poppy-seed bun with homemade Parmesan, served with fresh horseradish, tomato confit, tomato, red onions and frisée lettuce. The DB Burger Royale adds black truffles (available mid-December through late March).
Check: DB Burger is $29. DB Burger Royale costs $59; a double-truffle version is $99.

The DB Burger is composed of an exterior of ground sirloin with a filling of boned short ribs braised in red wine, foie gras, black truffle and a mirepoix of root vegetables. The homemade bun is topped with toasted parmesan and layered with fresh horseradish mayonnaise, tomato confit, fresh tomato and frisée lettuce.
